Responsible for supervising the daily credit business, including reviewing the replenishment of positions, the approval of equity margin limits and special items approved;
Draft operational risk initiatives, including risk and control assessment support business units (equity investment business);
Review new products in the department and provide suggestions that affect the services of the business department to reduce operational risks;
Guide the review of key operational risk indicators of the business department;
Responsible for the administrative support of the department and other special tasks arranged.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Marketing or other relevant majors from top universities;
3 years or above experiences in investment banking, institutional sales, comprehensive management work or other relevant experience;
CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills–ability to form effective working relationships;
Excellent writing skills, good at writing official documents;
Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
Fluency in English and Mandarin;Both written and verbal communication skills;
Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
