Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead the project consulting team, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment timeframes.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze data, and evaluate various investment options to assist clients in making informed investment decisions.
Customized Investment Planning: Develop personalized investment plans based on clients' needs and objectives, including asset allocation, portfolio diversification, and risk management strategies.
Investment Advice: Provide professional investment advice to clients, explaining investment products and strategies, and helping them understand investment risks and returns.
Client Communication: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, regularly communicate with them to understand their evolving needs and make necessary adjustments to investment strategies.
Project Management Process: Participate in designing project management processes and systems, assisting the sales team in implementing investment projects for clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
Three or more years of relevant financial investment consulting experience, such as investment banking, asset management, private banking, or related positions.
Excellent analytical skills and research capabilities, with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and collaborative relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Familiarity with financial products, investment tools, and market operations.
Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
