Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide support during external audits and examinations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector (internships or part-time roles are considered).
Self-motivated and eager to learn with a strong desire to develop a career in financial reporting.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA are a plus.
