Senior IT Manager (eBanking / Mobile Banking)

Responsibility:- As the IT project manager and to lead the BA team, collaborate with different IT teams and business units to work on the projects providing digital solutions to corporate customers.

Perform business and user requirement analysis
Manage project budgeting and procurement processes, ensure resources availability.
Ensure projects to be delivered on time, within scope and budget
Develop project plan, monitor the project progress and resolve project problems
Formulate UAT plan, monitor test plan execution and problem log solving
Manage the new product launch arrangement and ensure the product meets the regulatory requirements
Perform post implementation review and support production problem solving

Requirements:- Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years working experience in BA within ebanking industry such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Social networking platform
At least 5 years IT project management experience
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Strong leadership, coaching and change management skills, able to negotiate and persuade others for positive results and communicate effectively across all functions and levels;
Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as IT Manager
