As part of their proactive expansion plans in the rapidly growing industry, they are seeking to recruit a Senior Manager, Data & IT Analytics Transformation to join their team

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for driving the data ecosystem and collaborate closely with various department stakeholders to kick start new business initiatives. As a team lead, you will be leading the strategic data roadmap and delivery of the business intelligence initaitives to support companies priorities, while working with different stakeholders under the corporate offices division. You will liaise with IT team in producing business intelligence reporting solutions and supporting data models that integrate multiple sources of information - ensuring data integration issues, data structures and data quality are taken into consideration. In addition, you will need to drive forecast likely future outcomes with the aid of historical and existing data. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in rolling out and scaling business intelligence tools and automating integrations for multiple functions and design and modifications to data warehouse. Lastly, your role will involve developing essential dashboards and conducting KPI data analytics to measure performance, with the aim of supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

The Successful Applicants

• Bachelor's degree required, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance or Mathematics focus preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business or data analytics with a minimum of 3 years working in data visualization dashboard
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling, regression analysis, and predictive modelling techniques
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating impactful reports and presentations
• Demonstrated track record in successfully implementing building intelligence solutions, encompassing both process and data analytics
• Solid experience working with Python and SQL will be a major plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, enabling the extraction of actionable insights from complex data sets
• Hand on skills building custom reports and dashboards
• Have cross-functional understanding to create reusable data assets
• Ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies
• Ability and interest in managing and communicating data analytic strategy to internal business users

• Good command in English and Chinese
