Associate Director, Pre-Sales Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

Lead the pre-sales process by working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop innovative technical solutions
Create detailed technical designs and proposals for complex projects
Present technical solutions to clients in a compelling and articulate manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure solutions are cutting-edge and competitive
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful outcomes and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions architect role in the financial services industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions for projects valued over USD 2 million
Experience working with Financial Services, consultancy are a plus
Strong technical skills and expertise in solution design and architecture
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team of pre-sales solution architects
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
