Systems Development Manager - Assistant Vice President - Finance and HR Systems - IT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic IT professional to join our Finance and HR Systems team as a System Development Manager / Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, development and support of the Oracle EBS system, following the system development life cycle.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities: - Carry out project management duties and system development activities, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and production deployment, in accordance with IT development standards, guidelines and company-wide policies

• Coordinate with vendors to provide timely and effective BAU system support and address any security vulnerabilities
• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects to ensure they are delivered within scope, timeline and budget
• Liaise with teams across IT division, business users and external vendors to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication
• Perform quality reviews on technical designs, code changes and deliverables

• Adhere to standards and guidelines on application development throughout the development life cycle

  Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines

• Minimum 10 years of IT work experience in project management, configuration, development and support of Oracle EBS system
• Proven experience in end-to end Oracle EBS project implementation/upgrade
• Knowledge on RHEL and Microsoft Windows platform
• Strong business domain knowledge on Finance, Treasury, Procurement and HR would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation
• Good understanding of cyber security and technology risks
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
