Business Manager - COO / Product Development / FX / EQD / FICC - 80k to 130k HKD per month

The successful candidate may have a senior track record in one or more of the following sectors: Global Markets (EQD / FICC / Trading or Operations).
Experience in Business Management, CAO, COO functions or Business Support experiences in the financial services industry preferred.
In-depth end-to-end understanding / knowledge of the FX Cash Trading business is advantageous.
Develop standardized practices across the business as appropriate and ensure processes are documented.
Introduce enhanced process improvements and efficiencies.
Manage the range of change programmes to include future integrations and partnerships.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Solid experience of working with data and preparation of documents and materials in a timely manner.
Robust PowerPoint presentation skills with track record of handling management presentation.
Proven ability and English writing skills in drafting and preparing a broad range of management packs and executive papers.
Apply common sense, pragmatism, and good business judgement to key issues.
Be a calm and considered listener, with a personable manner, strong influencing skills, and the ability to develop effective relationships.
Be an energetic and robust individual, committed to pursuing and exploring all issues relevant to the business.
