Responsibilities:

4. Negotiate investment terms and conditions, including valuation, equity structure, and shareholder rights.
5. Monitor and manage the performance of the investment portfolio, including regular financial and operational reviews.
6. Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies, leveraging your network and industry expertise to help them achieve their growth objectives.
7. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts, to stay informed about market trends and identify new investment opportunities.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in venture capital, corporate investment, or private equity.
3. Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management, with a demonstrated ability to generate attractive financial returns.
4. Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities based on financial models, market research, and industry trends.
5. Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills, with a keen understanding of investment terms and conditions.
6. Exposure to supply-chain would be a plus.
7. Strong network of relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts in the venture capital community.
8. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
