Job Responsibilities:

Provide L1 and L2 support on HK trading floor, including desktop troubleshooting, and software installations
Provide technical support and guidance on trading applications, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration.
Supporting traders by troubleshooting Excel spreadsheets and providing expertise in coding languages such as Python and SQL.
Primary technology contact point for HK Trading floor

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a trading or financial services environment.
Strong knowledge of trading applications
Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
