Head of Legal and Compliance, Corporate Bank

Responsibilities:

Oversee the compliance and legal requirements for the bank as defined by HKMA
Lead the team, while providing guidance to ensure best practices with industry standards
Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure timely escalation of major compliance
Provide strategic guidance to senior management related to compliance
Provide training and awareness programs to employees to ensure high understanding

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Law preferable)
Over 15 years of legal and compliance experiences
Prior experiences as a S72b will be preferred
Strong communication in English and Chinese
