Senior Backend C# Software Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop quality software, build innovative solutions capable of delivering excellent user experience for financial custody and settlements
• Work with team to develop enhancements and major features to support product vision, contribute to new services to retain existing clients and attract new customers
• Refactor code to fix system issues and improve performance contribute to maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Meet the team’s definition of done (meet acceptance criteria, pass code review, implement tests, etc.)
• Actively participate in requirements design and refinement process
• Assist the DevOps team and stakeholders prepare for smooth releases

What you will bring:

• Professional Fluency in English
• High-level analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, able to communicate within a team setting and work independently
• Passion for continuous learning and growth
• Familiar with Agile principles and values
• Experience with version control (Git) and other basic development tools
• Experience with REST APIs
• 7 years+ experience with .NET Core and C#.
• Experience working with databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL)

Additional Expertise (Not Required):

• Experience working in fintech/tech-based startup
• Being a part of Scrum Team
• Experience with automated testing (XUnit, NUnit)
• Versed with micro-services and domain-driven design
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Versed with CI/CD (Github Actions, etc.) and cloud computing (AWS)
• Domain knowledge in virtual assets or finance (DeFi, NFTs, payments, wealth management)
