Job duties of this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring the projects are completed within the defined scope, on-time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and align internal onshore and offshore resources, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Identify and manage dependencies across multiple work streams, particularly for system implementation projects involving cutting-edge technologies
- Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans, employing industry-standard tools, to effectively monitor and track project progress
- Proactively manage changes to projects, including scope, schedule, and costs
- Anticipate and proactively resolve complex technical risks and issues
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in managing system development projects, preferably within the realm of IT consulting
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital projects, such as new mobile app or website implementations, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies
- Extensive experience in managing projects within a vendor or consulting firm environment, showcasing your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
- Deep technical background and expertise, empowering you to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical teams across various domains
- Proficiency in both traditional waterfall methodology and modern Agile/iterative methods
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large-scale system implementation projects with significant resource requirements (several thousand-man days)
- Exceptional client-facing and communication skills; Strong command of the English language
- Certification in Project Management, such as PMP, PSM/CSM, or equivalent, is highly preferred,
