Main responsibilities: - Perform mortgage loan operational activities which mainly include execution of instruction (such as partial / full repayment of mortgage loan, change in loan terms etc.) given by customer with acknowledgement by the relevant business unit or the related party

• Attend to the preparation of the quotation of early settlement figures for mortgage redemption purpose
• Assist to the checking of the mortgage receipts / mortgage releases prepared by the solicitor firm
• Handle the servicing activities of HKMC mortgage loan / MIP mortgage loan and other ancillary duties such as liaising with branch / business units for matters on unpaid rent and rates charged by the government.
• Back-up for other mortgage loan operational functions such as loan booking, packing of title deeds / releases for collection by the solicitor firm
• Back-up for other loan operational function within the team such as processing of revolving loan rollover in system.

• Take up any ad hoc assignments from Supervisor / Manager.

  To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:- Matriculated or above

• Minimum 1 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations
• Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and PC skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
