Responsibilities
- Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyse user requirements and recommend best practice solutions.
- Conduct system design, impact analysis, effort estimation and detail design work.
- Participating in system development and System Integration Test (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testings (UAT).
- Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time and ensure quality of deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree holder with major in computer science or related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience banking applications development for system analyst.
- 3+ years' experience will be considered as analyst programmer.
- Fresh graduates will be considered as programmer.
- Proficient in Java/C++, SQL, Unix Shell script.
- Experience or basic knowledge in remittance, interbank clearing project & cross border payment project (i.e. SWIFT, RTGS, CIPS, CNAPS) is an advantage.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Good communications and presentation skills.

Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
