Project Assistant, Transformation, Financial Crime Compliance

Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and administration of the FCC-related projects and initiatives, including project activities coordination, schedules and milestones management, documentation, testing and project delivery
Collaborate and coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project cycle
Communicate with IT department to define technical specifications and analyse technical feasibility
Act as the Subject-matter expert (SME) in the system incident handling and reporting; handle queries and provide prompt response
Conduct data analysis and prepare summary for management reporting
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation for meetings and conferences
Meet the project timeline and deliverables as directed by the Project Manager
Perform other job responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree holder or above, major in Business, Finance or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of solid banking experience
Preferred exposure in Financial Crime Compliance; experience in working with cross-functional teams and knowledge in Project Management / User Acceptance testing / database languages is a plus

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office
Proven aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task with a ‘can-do’ attitude
