We are helping our client, who's a globally leading FMCG company, hire an Equities Manager for their APAC HQ - HK:
The ideal candidate:
Studied overseas with a finance or business degree
Fluent in English with business experience in an international environment
Solid experience in the execution of executive shares & options plans / RSU /LTI in the APAC region is a must
Oversee equity processes and manage equity obligations including share plan lifecycle, recharges, accruals, actual reporting,
A principal point of contact for APAC divided process and partner with APAC Finance and Legal teams
At least 5 years of solid experience in executive reward & equity in the APAC region gained from a multinational company and/or financial institution is a must
Tax advisory background (share/equity plan) from Big 4 is preferred
Agile, independent, resilient, organized, and stress-resistant who can work under minimal supervision
Problem-solver and results-oriented with strong analytical skills and a high degree of ethics, integrity, accuracy with attention to detail, and a sense of confidentiality
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to deal directly with senior executives
Experience in executive compensation/reward, global mobility, total rewards, or compensation & benefits is welcomed
