Job Requirements:
Hold a university degree, preferably in business or marketing discipline.
Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in the insurance or banking industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role focusing on product development and business planning.
Prior experience in bancassurance management is highly desirable.
Demonstrate strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Exhibit a solid track record in product development and a comprehensive understanding of the bancassurance business.
