Branch - Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Interact with new corporate customer and handle account opening procedure in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform KYC and CDD checking on prospective customer, ensure full compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
- Achieve individual business targets through acquiring new accounts
- Identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
- Actively participate in outreach marketing events and coach junior Business Development Teammates
Requirements
- University graduates preferred, with a minimum of 4 years' banking experience
- Experience in providing financial products and services to retail or commercial customers is required
- Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, and capable of delivering excellent services
- Passed the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
- Passed the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations
- Proactive, independent, result-oriented, and a good team player
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
