Proactively develop and provide constructive insight and strategic advice to desk head based on accounts’ activities. To identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth of responsible accounts.
Assist desk head on strategic planning of sales trading desk. Provide suggestion for team’s enhancement. Assist in launching new products or services according to team’s development.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs through active communication and providing them with tailored solutions or cross selling other products.
Provide regular reports to, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations for improvement.
Working closely with internal departments and external vendors to address and solve issues.
Provide sales trading and execution services for Hong Kong, China Connect, Asia and US market.
Requirement
Bachelor degree holder
5 year working experience in sales trading, preferably from top-tier brokerage or investment bank.
Proactive and outgoing personality with strong desire to communicate with clients and internal colleagues.
Strategic mindset. Ability to simplify difficult problems into solvable tasks that can be acted upon.
Having algorithmic trading experience dealing with Hong Kong, Asia and US equity markets
