My client is a leading alternative investment company. They are looking for a high caliber investment operation professional (AVP/ VP) for their expanding hedge fund team.
- Managing daily operations of investment-related activities.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures related to investments.
- Work closely with investment managers to ensure smooth investment processes.
- Developing implement investment operation strategies.
- Monitor investment performance.
- Prepare reports on investment activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Minimizing the operational risk.
Requirements –

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in finance/ operation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

- Fast pace and open minded.

- Willing to take up more new challenges.

- Candidates with more experience (over 8 years) will consider as the VP level.
