Responsibilities:

Provide advisory on equity structure restructuring, financial planning or legal consulting for corporate clients.
Maintain and manage relationship with external partners, such as law firms, tax and accouting firms.
Keep track of laws, policies and industry updates. Collect, organize and disseminate them in a timely manner.
Design related business processes, product manuals and other related documents.
Conduct interal training for team members.

Requirement:

Over 8 years' experience in accounting, legal consulting or investment bank.
Minimum 5 years' experience in serving corporate clients in/ from Mainland China, cross-border experience preferred.
Strong customer and internal communication, coordination, and project management capabilities
