Your new company
A Well-Established Corporate Bank is looking for VP/ Team Head level to join their Import Trade Finance and Bills Operations.
Your new role
- Supervise a team of 10 and perform Approval/Authorization/Processing of Import LC issuance/amendment, bill booking and payment, document checking and Guarantees and Trust Receipts as per Bank's internal policies
- Perform the duty of checking and approval of all daily trade transactions (e.g. L/C opening, bills collection, I/E financing, settlement and account receivables financing etc.)
- Review, propose and implement changes to improve and streamline the operations work-flow, procedures and system functions
- Handle compliance judgement on trade documents
- Deal with internal / external customers for matters related to export trade transactions
- Develop team members through work assignment, coaching and training
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree holder;
- More than 10 years of experience in trade services operations;
- Sound Import Trade Finance knowledge;
- Familiar with ICC rules (UCP600, ISBP, URR725 and URC522 etc.);
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
