ESG - Senior Strategist

Responsibilities:- Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring ESG strategic plan

Provide recommendation and strategic plan to the Management in responding to the change of ESG market and industry trend
Act as a project manager in managing and implementing ESG strategic projects, and liaising with other business units
Conduct ESG research for enhancing the Bank's influence in the market

Requirements: - University graduate major in Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Environmental Science
5 years or above solid experience in business planning or consultancy.
Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
Well-versed with Office applications
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
Experience in business / ESG research analyst is preferred
