Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager – Leading Financial Firm

Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Manage the full set of accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial analysis.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry best practices, and proactively implement changes when necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
HKICPA qualification is essential.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing the full set of accounting functions.
Proven track record in system and policy implementation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
