Job Description

Report to the group CEO
Monitor the group’s Financial Management and Financial accounting
Review month-end closing, financial reporting and FRR report
Manage finance and accounting function for SFC licensed corporations
Maintain the relationships with external banks
Monitor cashflow forecast and annual budget
Liaise with auditors for audit matter
Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations
Monitor the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
Implementing policies, procedures & guideline to improve the operation efficiency
Maintain and develop proper internal control framework
Liaise with BOD and external stakeholders

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree or above in accounting/finance with qualification
10 -15 years of relevant experience with financial institutions,with at least 8 years at a managerial level
Experience in the brokerage,ibank industry is highly desireable
Knowledge in financial products such as equties ,bonds ,options,Repo,TRS,FX
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese
