Job Responsibilities

Manage the commercial relationships with customers and drive sales efforts in Southern China.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, expand existing revenue, and generate new business.
Create and implement account plans and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and retention.
Utilize a network of financial institution contacts to effectively negotiate and persuade at senior levels.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales/account management experience in the Banking and NBFI arena
Proven track record in managing client relationships, developing business, and achieving revenue goals.
Strong understanding of credit risk workflows.
Ability to form clear strategic business plans for business development within a specific market and geography
Fluent in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
