Customer Relationship Manager – Retail Banking

Our client is a leading listed commercial banking group in Hong Kong in terms of assets and customer deposits and offers a comprehensive range of financial services. They are now looking for a Relationship Manager / Universal Banker to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Lead the provision of comprehensive personal banking services at branch locations
Recognize the financial service requirements of current and potential customers, encompassing products and services
Match and deliver appropriate financial products and services to fulfill the needs of current and potential clients, such as investment, insurance, and other banking products
Collaborate with bank stakeholders to establish robust sales pipelines and achieve performance targets
Ensure strict adherence to compliance regulations, contributing to the Bank's anti-money laundering efforts

Requirements:

Possess a university degree or equivalent, with a preference for qualifications in IIQE, HKSI & MPF, CFPCM
SFC or HKMA license, Insurance license IIQE
Candidates with CB Professional Qualifications and/or Awards will be given preference
Profound knowledge and a minimum of 2 years of solid experience in retail banking products & services
Attuned to customer needs, capable of delivering exceptional service to foster enduring banking relationships with personal and corporate clients
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
