Provide support for product due diligence and product risk ratings' reviews and approvals
Conduct ongoing product monitoring and reviews
Maintain and ensure completness of product review documentations and records
Develop, maintain and provude support for product due diligence related policies and procedures
Product MIS reports, handle product management data preparation and reports presentation
Provide support for post-transaction reporting to ensure regulatory compliance as well as provide support for investment and product performance monitoring
Manage product set-up and maintenance process
Provide full support for all internal / external audits and regulatory inspections as required
Participate in projects and system enhancement testing as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree holder
CFA, CAIA, CIIA or other investment-related professional qualification is a plus
Over 5 years of experience in investment product development and/or due diligence role with conventional/alternative fund products in particular
Familiar with the latest regulatory requirements of Hong Kong
Licensed to carry on Type 1 and 4 regulated activities, experience in handling high net-worth individuals is a plus
Experience in client investment advisory including alternative investment product advisory
