Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate with relevant counter parties for making joint calls to the prospective customers
Promote the trust products and services to prospective customers
Keep contact and handle the trust clients in skillful manner in order to have good relationship
Perform the Customer Due Diligence during the account opening process and ensure compliance on the on-going requirements of “Know Your Customer"
Monitor various projects in connection with the existing private trust accounts, corporate share award schemes and HK estates etc. in compliance with all applicable regulations, rules, guidelines and standards set by regulators and The Bank
Streamline operation procedures and ensure the work output of the Section adhering to all established risk control guidelines and procedures
Identify measures for mitigating the risks involved in the day-to-day work and handle regulatory reportings such as FATCA, CRS and BVI Economic substance requirements
Update procedure manual of the trust administration and marketing for keeping abreast of the market and regulatory requirements etc
