Associate - Derivatives Trading and Client Services - Operations

Job Summary:

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:- Perform market maker performance monitoring operations in the derivatives market including analysis and setup of Market Maker and Liquidity Provider incentive programs

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Division, Product Development, and IT on market maker monitoring program-related initiatives
• Liaise with market makers regarding their market maker performance and handle client inquiries

• Undertake special and ad hoc projects as needed

  Requirements:- University degree or higher in finance, computer science, statistics, or a similar subject

• 3 years or more of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to derivatives operations
• Knowledge in securities with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland cash and derivatives markets
• G ood team-player with can-do attitude, get along well with all stakeholders and willing to learn
• Strong organizational skills, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Sensitive to numbers with good analytical skill
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• General Excel and VBA Programming skills are required, proficiency in programming and/or Power BI is a plus
