Your new role

• Prepare and publish timely periodic financial statements.
• Lead, implement, and manage monthly financial reporting, including preparing appropriate commentary.
• Review and approve commentary submitted to the reporting function to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in communicating key trends, risks, and other critical information.
• Provide meaningful and commercially astute insights to stakeholders through the analysis of business activities' impact on total costs.
• Drive group finance financial management objectives by demonstrating sound business knowledge and market awareness.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, control, and management within the Banking industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
