Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with the setup and configuration of devices.
Desktop / Laptop / Peripherals / Thin Client / Telephony support including:
o Configure - to reflect global builds template.
o Decommission, install, or add.
o Relocate from desk to desk as required.
o In line with agreed business service levels.
Hardware and Software Management
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Incident Management
Lifecycle management
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology
2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment or customer support role.
Prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an MNC/Financial Sector is highly desirable.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite)
