About the Role

An internship to provide analytics, implement promotion plan and efficient administrative support on daily operation to the Agency Communication and Events department that contribute to the achievement of Agency business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:- Provide timely, accurate and adequate departmental operations and administrative support.

• Execute promotion campaigns & incentive offers that support business objectives and target
• Prepare various channels of communications, including intranet, memo, newsletter, social media, email, instant message as the appropriate means for communicating with agency force depending on the nature and context
• Participate in company/agency events/special task force/projects in regard to agency business development's initiatives, business/agency related events, etc.
• Support event's operations (e.g. research vendor, venue, catering, decorators) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
• Support business projection, performance tracking and analytic
• Ensure the reports in correct format within time frames to enable effective decision making
• Work with internal departments to collect data
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirements
• Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure the everything meets standards

• Develop best practices for data management to minimize operational effort, automating processes where possible

  Minimum Job Requirements:- University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Passionate to explore the insurance business
• A good team player, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence
• Comfort with data crunching to be able to analyze campaign performance and manage budget, working knowledge on MS Excel preferable
• Proactive, independent and detail minded with strong interpersonal skill
• Multi-tasked, resourceful and self-motivated in seeing projects through and possess a strong sense of ownership and passionate to marketing and communication
• A strong team player, with ability to work in collaboration across teams and departments

• Active listener - collect feedback collected from agency force / users
