Your Profile

As a PMO you will Provide C-level executive leaders with regular update on progress, financials, project KPIs, key risks and issues for the project. - Provide C-level executive leaders with regular update on progress, financials, project KPIs, key risks and issues for the project

• Identify, track, monitor and communicate key project changes, risks and issues with both Local and Group stakeholders at all levels
• Work closely with different stakeholders from Business, IT, Finance, and Risk to ensure effective project governance and implementation.
• Lead project team members in the development of project plan and status report.
• Communicate effectively and support senior stakeholders to make key program decisions.
• Manage and negotiate with Group Office on KPI status, reporting and validity.

• Drive and improve Senior Stakeholder forums (Steering Committees). Follow up and track actions to closure

  Your Profile

To qualify as a PMO for this role, you MUST have: - Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.

• Ability to communicate simply and effectively with different levels of the organisation and with external vendors.

• Ability to influence and directly manage people and teams across multiple geographical locations to deliver the desired outcome for a complex multi-country system
