With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, they are actively seeking a talented Product Manager/ Senior Manager to join their team.

The Role - Lead end-to-end product development, encompassing proposition development, feasibility assessment, and product design to meet business needs efficiently.

• Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor assessments to identify product trends and opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback to generate new product ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with departments and channels to implement new products and marketing initiatives.
• Foster product innovation for customer-centric solutions addressing diverse life stages.
• Review and maintain documentation for product specifications, policy provisions, and marketing materials.

• Continuously monitor competitor products for competitive positioning and enhancement opportunities.

  Your Profile - Solid life insurance product development experience.

• Strong understanding of industry trends and regulations.
• Proven project management skills.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and innovation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
