Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities - Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth of SME business

• Lead, inspire and motivate Team Leads and RMs of the cluster to achieve business goals
• Provide guidance, coaching and feedback to the cluster to drive business performance
• Cultivate relationship with new clients and deepen the wallet share of existing clients through providing sound financial solutions and advices
• Ensure compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

• Monitor and manage risk exposures by fostering a strong control environment and culture

  Requirements - Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines

• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in Institutional Banking and with proven experience in sales management
• Strong leadership capability and business connections with SME clients
• Strategic thinker with ability to interpret data and identify business trends and formulate business plans
• Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
• Cross border / China business development experience is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Qualified Relevant Individual and able to be registered for Regulated Activities 1 & 4
