Responsibilities:
- Draft and review a wide range of commercial and legal documents, including contracts for digital media and blockchain products, as well as investment and acquisition agreements.
- Provide legal support to clients, advising on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and offering guidance on blockchain projects.
- Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements in the blockchain space through conducting research.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE, preferably with experience in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
- Strong proficiency in reviewing and drafting commercial and investment contracts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive problem solver, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible working hours, occasionally requiring work beyond standard business hours and on weekends.
