Senior Finance Manager, FRR Reporting [Open to Big 4]

The Company

My client is a leading global investment bank with a strong presence in the financial industry. As part of their Procurement team, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to oversee and manage the procurement process, with a specific focus on reviewing invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payments

The Role- Manage daily accounting operations, including the entry of bank and accounting transactions, processing bills and payments, and conducting bank reconciliations.

• Handle expenses payments and client fund withdrawals.
• Independently manage the full set of accounts and address general accounting issues.
• Calculate daily liquid capital, assess cash flow positions, and monitor margin loan positions for all licensed corporations under SFC supervision.
• Prepare accounting schedules, financial and management reports, and FRR (Financial Resources Rules) submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Fulfill other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

  Your Profile- Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Qualified accountant or completion of professional examination under professional accounting bodies is preferred.

• Possess strong written and spoken skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Experience working with Oracle is preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a securities firm (Type 1 & 2).

• Solid experience in securities accounting, SFC Financial Resources Rules, and Financial Returns is essential.
