Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities: - Lead the team of centralized Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in SME Banking

Conduct periodic reviews and trigger events for SME clients
Prepare detailed CDD information including public search results for review per the Bank's standard
Ensure AML risk is effectively managed in accordance global and local regulatory requirements
Ensure accuracy of information and completion of CDD within assigned timeframe
Perform other administrative & operations works as required

Requirements: - Degree holder in business or related discipline
At least 10 years relevant experience in CDD in SME banking with people management experience
Good at managing customers, able to communicate accurately and effectively
Good team player and ability to work with other team members and business partners
Strong ownership of tasks assigned
Able to multi-task and to work independently
Proficiency in both English and Cantonese. Mandarin is highly preferred
