Client Engagement Workstream Lead

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Workstream Lead to join our team. As the Client Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing client projects, with a focus on Canto (a specific area of expertise), digital experience, and integrating two organizations together or outsourcing/offshoring initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably with a background in Pensions or relevant experience in integrating organizations and managing outsourcing/offshoring projects. - Project Leadership: Lead and manage client projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and effectively managing expectations.

• Canto Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Canto to provide strategic guidance and solutions to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement Canto strategies, leveraging digital experience and best practices.
• Digital Experience: Drive the enhancement of digital experiences for clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize digital experiences.
• Integration of Organizations: Lead and manage projects focused on integrating two organizations together. Develop and execute integration plans, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient processes across departments and systems.
• Outsourcing/Offshoring: Oversee outsourcing and offshoring initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective management of service providers. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Build strong relationships, effectively communicate project updates, and address any issues or concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive project reports, documentation, and presentations. Maintain project records, including project plans, status updates, and deliverables.

  Your Profile - Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Canto, digital experience, and integrating organizations or managing outsourcing/offshoring projects.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Canto, digital experience strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in Pensions operations or relevant experience in integrating organizations and managing outsourcing/offshoring projects would be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex client projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) would be a plus.
