Our client, a Large Global Bank, is seeking for a Skilled Communications Manager (1-Year Contract) to manage all the aspects of communications across a significant transformation programme. The programme portfolio centre around implementing a Wealth Management system regionally, which entails significant technology, process and people change. The professional will be responsible for ensuring effective internal and external communication across all levels of the organization, in quite a fast-paced project environment.
Responsibilities of the Role:
• Develop and implement communication strategies to support the Transformation Program goals and objectives.
• Design communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and reports, to effectively communicate key messages to various stakeholders.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content.
• Build and maintain solid partnerships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and external partners.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure high-quality communication materials and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication efforts through the use of tools and methodologies and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
Required Skills for the Role:
• University Degree educated
• Understanding of the finance industry is preferred
• Proven experience in communication management, public relations and professional writing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in web content management systems, design softwares, and communication tools.
• Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative communication strategies and engaging content.
