Assist with the performance management cycle from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals
Work with delegation center for delegation of employees, suppoort relocation formalities and prepare visa letters and support for work permit applications/ renewal.
Provides in-country HR dashboard for management analysis.
Arrange employee relations activities including birthday party, annual dinner and festival celebration activities etc.
Ensures proper maintenance and housekeeping of HR administrative forms and manuals
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and practice of local employments laws and prevailing market HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal nad consultative skills, with good presentation skills and influencing ability with local stake holders
Competent HRIS user; knowledge of Workday is advantageous
IT-savvy, familiar withsocial media engagement and hogh recruitment volume
Effectively bilingual in English and one other language, preferably Asia
