Our client is a HK-based hedge fund that is expanding rapidly. They are looking to hire a driven and responsible professional to join the team to support the daily operations of the funds.
The Role - Monitoring daily fund operations (trade booking and validation, failed-trade investigation, corporate actions, settlement, cash management, SBL, reconciliation etc)
Liaise with different counter-parties such as prime brokers and fund administrators on matters related to trade and fund valuation
Monitor and ensure corporate actions events are processed on a timely matters
Automate, optimize, and streamline work processes when feasible.
Document operational manuals and procedures
Participate in projects in automation, implementing control, system improving etc
Assist interim and annual audit
Your Profile - University degree holder or above
About 6-8 year experience from hedge fund operations or trade support
Professional accounting qualifications preferred
Detail oriented, driven, independent, good problem solving
Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
Proficient in Excel skills, knowledge in Macro and VBA will be an advantage
