Bio Summary:
Prof. Alfred Tat-Kei Ho is the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the City University of Hong Kong. He has recently established the "Policy Lab for Hong Kong Talent Development", exploring what policies and cross-sectoral action may help Hong Kong continue to attract and retain global talents. He is also a member of the Chief Executive's Policy Unit Expert Group in Hong Kong, providing expert views and new ideas to the Chief Executive's Policy Unit (CEPU) concerning various topics related to Hong Kong.

Professor Alfred Tat-Kei Ho is the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the City University of Hong Kong and a leading scholar in public administration. For more than 20 years, he has actively pursued multi-disciplinary research related to government performance management, e-government, and citizen engagement. Before joining the faculty of the City University of Hong Kong in December 2020, he previously taught at three different universities in the U.S. Many of his research projects have been the result of collaborations with local governments in the U.S. and China, think tanks, and national and international organizations, including the China Development Research Foundation and the Asian Development Bank.
