Ms Fanny Wong is driving the talent nurturing initiatives of HKSTP to groom future tech leaders in support of the city's advancement into an international innovation and technology hub. She directs and leads a team to implement strategies in attracting, recruiting and engaging talents from around the world, facilitating the development of the innovation and technology ecosystem.

Ms Wong holds a Business Administration Degree and a Master of Science in Global Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has 20 plus years of experience overseeing human resources, administration, and employee training in multinational companies such as Jardine Matheson Group, AIG and Wharf (Holdings) Limited.
