Peter Brown leads PwC's Global People & Organisation practice, which has over 7,500 practitioners in 138 countries and regions advising clients on all elements of People & Workforce to help them create and implement strategies that enable sustainable business, financial, regulatory and customer outcomes. Peter is passionate about making the workplace more equitable, diverse and inclusive. He is also a PwC social mobility ambassador, which works to open up professional services to people of all backgrounds. Peter was listed as one of the UK's 50 leading lights in the Kindness in Leadership Awards, 2022. Peter regularly speaks on the subject of workforce and workforce strategy, as well as the internal and external forces shaping the size, shape and structure of the workforce.

Peter Brown leads PwC's Global People & Organisation practice, which has over 7,500 practitioners in 138 countries and regions advising clients on all elements of People & Workforce to help them create and implement strategies that enable sustainable business, financial, regulatory and customer outcomes. Peter regularly speaks on the subject of workforce and workforce strategy, as well as the internal and external forces shaping the size, shape and structure of the workforce.
Peter has over 20 years of global experience of advising clients around a number of workforce disciplines including - Organisation Design, Workforce Systems (SAP, Oracle & Workday), Strategic Workforce Planning, Attraction, Recruitment, Retention, Skilling, Risk and pay, Purpose and Inclusion. He also sponsors PwC's
Global Centre for Transformative Leadership. He has developed and led some of the largest and most complex people transformation programmes in the public and private sectors and is well known for innovative approaches.
Peter is passionate about making the workplace more equitable, diverse and inclusive. He is a PwC social mobility ambassador, which works to open up professional services to people of all backgrounds. He is a mentor of The 30% Club, which aims to create gender balance on boards and in senior management. He is also an active supporter of PwC's #TechSheCan Charter which inspires and educates young girls and women to increase the number of females working in tech roles in the UK. He is also a judge for the Women of the Future awards programme and was listed as one of the UK's 50 leading lights in the Kindness in
Leadership Awards, 2022.
Peter joined PwC UK as a partner in September 2010 having previously been a partner at Accenture where he led its Global HR Outsourcing business. Prior to working in professional services, Peter was in the Royal Air Force and continues to
support them as a Trustee of the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust with a focus inspiring young people to have an interest in aviation, engineering and space. He was appointed MBE by the late HM The Queen in 2000.
