Description
We are looking to hire a full-time operations manager to join Snap Fitness Hong Kong, a fast-growing international fitness franchise. Based out of our headquarters in Wan Chai you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of corporate clubs while also supporting franchisee clubs. This role requires a proven track record in operations, as well as the energy and vision to cultivate state-of-the-art gyms. You will work directly with the senior management team and have direct input in the development and growth of the Company. The role also offers career progression with the opportunity to grow with the business as we rapidly expand our operations.

Key duties

• Lead teams of managers across our various gym locations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our corporate owned gyms
• Assess potential sites and liaise with real-estate agents to rapidly grow gym locations
• Work with our key suppliers and contractors
• Manage Company KPI’s and monitor business performance
• Ensuring club management software is updated and maintained effectively.
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure high standards are maintained
• Train staff and new franchisees in our system
• Communicate with Snap Fitness APAC support office on behalf of corporate clubs and Franchise Clubs.

The successful applicant must

• Be self-motivated, passionate about fitness and personal development and a willingness to work in a high-performing team
• Be willing to work directly with the CEO and COO
• Have a minimum of 5 years operations experience, preferably in, fitness sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Self-motivated with positive attitude
• Target focused with a desire to over-achieve
• Have good organisation skill and detail oriented.
• Experience in sales and managing staff is preferred.
