Responsibilities:

• Plan and contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the region
• Provide sales and after-sales service, follow-up on customer enquiries and complaints, order status and amendments, shipment and sample arrangement, etc
• Coordinate with internal departments for SAP code application, artwork approval, production planning and shipment scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Follow up on sales and inventory forecast, credit control and internal approval procedure, etc
• Plan, monitor and manage A&P spending, allocation and claims by regular reports
• Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales and shipment reports and analysis
• Provide administrative support to the team, and take up ad hoc projects/events/assignments as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related discipline
• 4 years’ relevant experience in FMCG/manufacturing industries, with exposure in export trading
• Customer-oriented, well-organized and ability to work under pressure
• Team-player, proactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
• Proactive, analytical, flexible and result oriented with strong commitment to achieve
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
