THE COMPANY :

• An expanding electronic manufacturing service (EMS) provider
• Factories : Dongguan & South America
• We offer electronics manufacturing services to customers in the United States, Europe, Japan and Asia Pacific.
• We are looking for MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER (station South America) – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Tertiary education in manufacturing / engineering / industrial engineering....or related field
• OR a combination of lower academic qualification with solid relevant experience
• Over 8-10 years in electronic manufacturing field
• Excellent communication , leadership , analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge of electronic assembly
• Fluent in English; proficient in Cantonese or Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft office , worksheet processing and CAD
• Good in manufacturing system analysis , manufacturing technology
• Other requirements : Lean manufacturing , information system , quality management & practices , operation research methodology ,operation management & plant engineering....etc
• Lead industrial engineering , test engineering and plant engineering (maintenance)
• Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency
• Ensure the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively
• Lead the development of equipment to aid in manufacturing process
• 5 days work
• Station South American Plant (1.5 hours from airport)
• Occasional trips to Hong Kong for meetings
• Accomodation & meals provided
• Medical & life insurance
